Vehicle Maintenance

Major Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and repairs on various pieces of City owned vehicles and equipment
• Scheduling and repairs on equipment for the Public Service and Public Safety Divisions in the most timely manner
• Maintaining and recording of fuel usage with a Gasboy Fleetkey Fueling System
• Assist all divisions with new vehicle specifications, purchases, equipping the new vehicle and eventually sales of surplus vehicles and equipment
• All repairs, maintenance, inventory and fuel consumptions are entered into out computer software program
