Guides and manages the overall vision and strategy of Human Resources
including planning, polices, and programs for the City of Zanesville.  Including: labor relations,
risk management and organizational development; employee relations, worker compensation,
safety, staff development and benefits administration.
Standard Services
Benefits Administration, Policies and Procedures, FMLA Administration and Workers Compensation.
